We kindly request the following:

All necessary items for the care of the pet must be provided (food, litter, lead etc).

All pets must be suitably treated for fleas and worms.

All matters of concern regarding the pet’s behaviour must be advised prior to service.

House keys and alarm security measures must be checked as working before issue to Treasured Pets.

We will need emergency contact details for you and your vet. In the event of an emergency, we will do our best to contact you but will seek appropriate treatment from your vet.

Failure to do so may result in additional charges or the necessary cutting short of the service provision. You will be liable for any additional costs incurred and a service charge may be applied.

Payment is requested on receipt of invoice. Charges may be incurred for late payment of invoices.

Cancellation – in the event of cancellation for any part of the booking a cancellation fee will be payable as follows:More than 4 weeks before service start date – no charge2-4 weeks before service start date – 50% of total service charge payableLess than 2 weeks before service start date – 100% of total service charge payable

Whilst safety and security are our highest priority, we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen loss, injury or death whilst in our care.
